If your child is absent due to illness, please notify the office by 9.00am on the day in order for the correct mark to be entered into the register. You may do this by phone (01635 248281) or email office@chieveleyschool.co.uk .If you notify us via a phone call, please ensure you back this up in writing. Please remember to include your child's full name and class.
If you need to take your child out of school for a doctor or dentist appointment, please could you notify the relevant teacher beforehand and then come to the office to collect your child as you will need to sign them out of the building. Similarly, should your child be late in, again, please report via the office so that you can sign your child into the building before they go to their classroom.
